About Us
Precisehair.com is a sales channel of PWAI, LLC (People With An Idea). Our company was established in 2003 by two of our original founders Marsha Russell and Scott Kelly. Over the years we have partnered with 23 additional owners that work primarily behind the scenes supporting our mission of success. Our company specializes in the development, manufacture and distribution of beauty products and services. We are located in the historic ocean front community of Salem, Massachusetts. We operate our own manufacturing facility in Salem with specialized equipment dedicated towards manufacturing our unique product lines. We fully support the phrase “Made in America” as we aggressively take the steps necessary to create and maintain jobs here in the USA.
Our Salon
We operate a six-chair retail hair salon in historic Beverly, Massachusetts named the ZipA Foil Salon. We actually occupy the oldest continually occupied business building in America. We use this facility to develop and test market our beauty products in a real life hair salon setting. We have an extensive list of clients that contribute daily to our successful journey and earned an organic 5-star Google rating for our salon’s high-end quality work.
